 REDDIT ME:

Saved love poem by Australian writer Graeme King - ©kingpoetry2007.

SAVED

...and then I fall from the tree.

a full-blooded prize

held by a saffron net

against the blue skied

chilled morning.

clasped in the arms of

a Gaussian embrace - white lace

as Earth falls silent

and the wind

whispers fruition.

rainbow flurries of

fluttered wings - Life's stings

released into a pallid

parallel dimension

smiles dawning.

my softened soul entombed

in virgin darkness

awaiting words of

love's wizardry and

life's ambition.
