I brought you a flower

a magic rose in full bloom

blushing, as you do, yet

every petal a different color

that could not be copied

by a million painters

toiling for a thousand lifetimes

I kissed it

and my lips are imprinted

in its softness and yours

so whenever you need me

kiss your secret flower

and taste my lips

it will never die
